Privacy policy
Effective 21 July 2026 · Covers brisksbet.com
This policy answers, question by question, how Brisks Bet ("Brisks Bet", "we") treats personal information — under PIPEDA federally and Quebec's Law 25 for readers there. If a question is missing, ask it: [email protected].
Do I need an account to use Brisks Bet?
No. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no profiles. You can use every screen without telling us anything.
What does Brisks Bet collect at all?
| Data | When | Why | Basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your email + message | Only if you write to us | To reply and keep the thread | Your consent |
| Two local values in your browser | Age confirmation; cookie choice | So the app works and remembers | Necessity |
| An anonymous referral token | When you tap through to a casino | Commission attribution | Disclosed interest; no identity data |
What does Brisks Bet never collect?
Payment details, ID documents, wagering history, precise location. Anything you do inside a casino account happens under that operator's privacy policy — worth reading before you register. Brisks Bet itself runs no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Who else sees anything?
Hosting and email providers processing on our instructions under confidentiality (some outside Canada, including the US, where local law applies alongside contracts); the casino you tap through to, which receives only the anonymous referral token; and authorities, only where the law compels it. We sell nothing to anyone.
How long is anything kept?
Correspondence: up to 24 months after the thread closes, then deleted. Browser values: on your device until you clear them. We keep no analytics records, because we collect none.
What are my rights?
Access, correction, consent withdrawal and deletion — email [email protected], subject PRIVACY; we answer within 30 days. Quebec residents also hold Law 25's rights, including portability and complaint to the Commission d'accès à l'information. Anyone may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Who is accountable?
Our designated privacy officer is Lucas Campbell — [email protected], or by post at 2 Athabascan Ave #14, Sherwood Park, Alberta, T8A 4E3, Canada.
What happens when this policy changes?
The date above moves, and material changes are flagged on this screen for 30 days before continued use adopts them.
